1. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@humglow.store with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Are there any return fees? No! Humglow provides prepaid labels for eligible returns, and we do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be sent back to your original payment method.


3. Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@humglow.store with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement immediately.


4. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to ensure your data is 100% secure. We never store your full credit card details.
