1. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

• Transit Time: 3–5 business days.

• Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@humglow.store with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Are there any return fees?

($0.00 ) No! Humglow provides prepaid labels for eligible returns, and we do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be sent back to your original payment method.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

 Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at  support@humglow.store with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement immediately.

4. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to ensure your data is 100% secure. We never store your full credit card details.

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. Orders are only processed and prepared for shipping after the payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed. If a payment is not authorized, the order will not be completed.

Humglow does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details; all transaction data is handled securely by our payment processors.

4. Currency and Taxes

• Currency: All prices on our store are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Taxes: Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address and local state regulations.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, or once an order has been processed or shipped, a cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow within 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Fraud Prevention & Disputes

We reserve the right to review or cancel orders that appear suspicious or unauthorized to protect our customers. If you experience any billing issues or discrepancies, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly for you.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping within the United States. Below is the estimated timeline for your order:

Note:  Business Days (Monday – Friday) Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

• Processing Time: Orders are typically handled within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST (GMT-5) will begin processing on the following business day.

• Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Locations

• Humglow currently ships exclusively within the United States.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with major carriers including:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Humglow is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
