Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. Orders are only processed and prepared for shipping after the payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed. If a payment is not authorized, the order will not be completed.

Humglow does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details; all transaction data is handled securely by our payment processors.

4. Currency and Taxes

  • Currency: All prices on our store are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, or once an order has been processed or shipped, a cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow within 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Fraud Prevention & Disputes

We reserve the right to review or cancel orders that appear suspicious or unauthorized to protect our customers. If you experience any billing issues or discrepancies, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly for you.
