You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the return process must be initiated within this timeframe.

  3. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and specific instructions.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: ($0.00 ) Humglow provides prepaid return labels for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: ($0.00 ) We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

We allow a 12-hour window after placement for cancellations. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.

10. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unused condition.
