1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate standard shipping within the United States. Below is the estimated timeline for your order:

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically handled within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST (GMT-5) will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Humglow currently ships exclusively within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with major carriers including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Humglow is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
