Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@humglow.store with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Are there any return fees?

($0.00 ) No! Humglow provides prepaid labels for eligible returns, and we do not charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be sent back to your original payment method.


3. Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

 Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at  support@humglow.store with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement immediately.
